Rules & Regulations

Entry into this Contest constitutes the acceptance of the following Contest Rules and Regulations outlined herein.

CONTEST RULES

During the contest period, Conrad C / Proportion Petite garments will carry a specially marked hangtag with a UNIQUE CODE.

Every Conrad C / Proportion Petite garment purchased provides a unique chance to enter the Contest.

To enter the Conrad C / Proportion Petite Contest, entrants must be residents of Canada or the US and have reached the age of majority in their province or state of residence at time of entry.

Individuals who are employees of the Contest Sponsor and Contest Administrator, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and internet agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter the Contest.

HOW TO ENTER

To enter the Contest, customers ("Entrants") must log onto www.conradc.com and click on the WIN A CONRAD C WARDROBE / FIND OUT HOW link found on the landing page.

Entrants must then enter their information in the required fields and hit the SUBMIT button, which will then bring Entrants to a secondary page where they can enter their UNIQUE CODE located on the contest hangtag attached to the purchased merchandise.

Upon entering the UNIQUE CODE, the Entrant will immediately be advised if they are an instant winner of a Conrad C / Proportion Petite wardrobe, valued at $500.

If all ten (10) instant winners have not been found at the end of the contest period, a draw will be conducted so that there is a final total of ten (10) winners.

Customers can enter the contest as many times as they have hangtags containing a UNIQUE CODE.

Each Winner's name will be posted on the Contest page of the website on July 5, 2013.

HOW TO CLAIM A CONRAD C / PROPORTION PETITE WARDROBE PRIZE

Each winner will be contacted by a Conrad C / Proportion Petite representative within seven (7) business days of winning.
The winner must then correctly answer a skill-testing question.
The winner will then be advised that she can return to the store where she originally purchased her Conrad C / Proportion Petite merchandise which featured the specially marked hangtag announcing the contest and UNIQUE CODE.
The winner must present herself to the Store Manager and show proof of identification and hand in her hangtag which features her winning UNIQUE CODE and/or cash register receipt.
She will then get to shop for her $500 Conrad C / Proportion Petite wardrobe (regular and/or sale priced merchandise; prize value includes taxes).

Each UNIQUE CODE provides Entrants with a chance to win one of ten (1 of 10) Conrad C / Proportion Petite wardrobes, valued at $500 (includes taxes).
